You can file a grievance in person, by mail, by fax, or by email. If you need help filing a grievance, the Section 1557 Coordinator will assist you. We will acknowledge your grievance within five business days, investigate, and provide a written response within thirty days. You will not be retaliated against for filing a grievance.
